Supervisor – Garden Waste Collection

Key Responsibilities

•     Zone Monitoring & Management

Visit assigned zones as per the timetable for garden waste collection, ensuring all collection points are attended to on time.

• Planning & Coordination

Prior to the next day’s collection, visit the designated collection points, organize the required resources, and assign tasks to the respective drivers.

• Follow-Up & Supervision

Maintain regular follow-up with drivers and laborers to ensure timely
and efficient collection of garden waste. Visit collection points daily to verify waste collection and ensure no delay in the process.

• Driver & Labor Supervision

Ensure that no garden waste is left behind in the field or collection
points. Resolve any complaints or issues related to waste collection and address them promptly to maintain a clean environment.

• Reporting & Documentation

Regularly report progress, challenges, and improvements to the Waste Management Coordinator. Maintain daily records of collection activities and resource
allocation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification

Minimum of 12th grade or Graduation.

• Experience

Prior experience in a supervisory or field role in waste management or similar
industries is preferred.

• Skills

-Strong communication skills in the local language (Marathi/Hindi).
-Ability to effectively coordinate between drivers, laborers, and management.
-Problem-solving ability to address challenges on the field.
-Attention to detail and ability to monitor and manage a team efficiently.
