Key Responsibilities

  •   Lead Generation & Sales:

o Proactively generate new leads for all products through research, networking, and
market outreach.
o Follow up daily with clients for orders and dispatch coordination.
o Monitor and maintain sales accounts to ensure accurate documentation and followthrough.

  • Coordination & Collaboration:

o Work closely with the production team to communicate new sales orders, ensure
quality standards, and meet dispatch deadlines.
o Collaborate with the sales team to allocate vehicles and monitor timely delivery to
customers.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

o Address and resolve quality issues reported by customers promptly.
o Build strong relationships with clients, emphasizing product value to increase orders
and achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Marketing Campaigns & Strategies:

o Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and ideas
that align with customer requirements.
o Oversee and manage marketing initiatives, including events, product exhibitions, and
promotional activities.

  • Research & Analysis:

o Conduct market research to analyze data, identify target audiences, and define sales
strategies.
o Compile and distribute financial and statistical information to support marketing
decisions.

  • Content Development & Digital Marketing:

o Write and proofread creative content for marketing materials and campaigns.
o Maintain and update the company website, utilizing data analytics to enhance online
engagement.
o Manage social media campaigns to boost product visibility and brand awareness.

 

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

o Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide feedback for
improvements.
o Use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain and update client
databases.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a
    related field.
  • Experience

o 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the waste management or
FMCG sector.

  •  Technical Skills:

o Familiarity with CRM software and data analytics tools.
o Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms

  • Soft Skills:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
o Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
